So this one hurts! In a new press release, Sony announces that a specific reimbursement campaign has been launched for Cyberpunk. CDPR’s game is also being removed from the Playstation Store PS4 and PS5. Pushing Sony to this kind of exceptional movement is yet another proof of Cyberpunk 2077’s dirty state in its “fat” versions.
Cyberpunk 2077 has been removed from PlayStation Store
Over the past few days, several customers have been turned away by the Japanese manufacturer’s customer service, simply asking them to wait for the 2021 hotfixes. However, the latter seems to want to ring the end of recess, with a short, meaningful statement:
We’re aware some users are experiencing issues accessing the form available within the provided link. We’re working to get it up and running as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

SIE does everything possible to ensure the satisfaction of all of its customers, which is why we have decided to offer a full refund to all players who purchased Cyberpunk 2077 from the PlayStation Store. SIE will also be removing Cyberpunk 2077 from PlayStation Store until further notice.
Once we’ve verified that you’ve purchased Cyberpunk 2077 from PlayStation Store, we’ll begin the refund process. Please note that the reimbursement period may vary depending on your payment method or your financial institution.
A page has been set up specifically for the refund of the game and asks you to log in with your Playstation account in order to verify that you have purchased it on the platform. Sony also specifies that the reimbursement period may vary depending on your payment method and your bank.
If you therefore wish to have your PS4 version refunded, do not forget to click on the link below to request a refund. For the rest, you read that correctly, CP2077 is purely and simply unlisted from the PS Store until further notice, even on PS5, a platform on which the title runs very well. We hope for CDPR that the planned patches will succeed in fixing things with the manufacturer, in the meantime, well it’s a hot bother.
