A new update is going live for Modern Warfare and Warzone in a couple of hours. The new update will bring a new patch for both the titles along with new content and bug-fixes. Infinity Ward has posted more details on what’s coming with the new update in Call of Duty Modern Warfare and Warzone.
According to the official statement the new patch features (new weapon camo + Gunsmith Customs), and a new weapon – MK9 Bruen LMG which will be earnable via challenges. Along with this, the ‘Shoot the Ship’ playlist is returning to Modern Warfare with Double XP, Double Weapon XP, and Double Tier Progression earn rate.
For Warzone, a new Contract called Most Wanted will be available. In which players need to make themselves a Bounty Target for all teams in Verdansk and survive to get the ultimate reward – a redeployment for all of your fallen teammates. Also, the new Contract will be available for both Battle Royale (Solos, Trios, or Quads) and Plunder Trios after the update goes live.
The all-new patch 1.03 also brings new Gunsmith Customs, where players will be able to mix and match attachments from blueprints of the same weapon to create epic hybrid blueprints that have unique looks, styles, and capabilities.
The official blog also confirmed that the update will bring new store bundles, including a new outfit for Operators, and more.
