Call of Duty Warzone March 24 update – Four new weapons arriving for the game

Activision explained in a blog post what we can expect in the upcoming update of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Warzone. Included is a new map for the multiplayer and weapons for the Battle Royale.

We covered the information on the map and new operator in the post here.

The blog post talked about four new weapons to cause even more mayhem in the post-apocalyptic ‘Warzone’

For the successful Battle of Call of Duty, a few new weapons are coming. We already know these shooting irons from multiplayer, but after the update, they are everywhere in the Warzone:

  • 725 – a 2-shot shotgun with powerful booms
  • MK2 carbine – a rifle with a good range
  • EBR-14 – Semi-automatic rifle with moderate range and high rate of fire
  • .50 GS – The Desert Eagle from CoD MW

The weapons can be found as a standard variant without attachments, but also get special versions in different rarities, which then have certain attachments on them. None of these weapons is considered one of the best Warzone ratchets, but the 725, in particular, clears everything out of the way at short distances.

The playlist is unlikely to change in the Warzone this week. The solo mode remains active and we probably have to wait a bit for the “Duo” or “Four” modes.

We will update the complete patch notes once they go live for the game.

Another thing that will be available in Call of Duty stores will be the endowment pack, Call of Duty Endowment is a non-profit organization that supports veterans and helps them find a high-quality job. You can buy the Endowment Pack from the stores this week and use the goods you receive in Multiplayer, Special Ops or Warzone.

The update is set to go live on 11 PM Pacific Time.

Happy Gaming, Stay Safe!
