Well, it looks like Blizzard servers are facing issues.
The official Twitter handle of Blizzard CS posted and mentioned that the connection issues to various gaming titles are occurring because of a DDOS attack.
Official Statement: We are currently monitoring a DDOS attack against network providers which is affecting latency/connections to our games.
