BigHit Entertainment announces the global press conference for BTS’ “MAP OF THE SOUL : 7” will proceed on February 24 without audience from press or fans, and will be livestreamed on YouTube instead due to the government’s policy to refrain from holding events with a massive number of participants. We would like to inform you that there have been some changes related to the BTS “MAP OF THE SOUL : 7” Release Global Press Conference scheduled to be held on February 24. We have decided to fully cooperate with the government’s policy to refrain from holding events with a massive number of participants in order to prevent the spread of Coronavirus. Therefore, we have decided to carry out the press conference without any members of the press and fans as your safety and health is our utmost priority. The press conference will be broadcast live via Youtube Live Streaming.
To the members of the press that were invited and fans who were planning to visit the venue of the press conference, we would like to ask you to watch the event via Live Streaming. Also, please note that the Q&A session which was not included in the Live Streaming, will also be broadcast live.
We would like to advise fans to refrain from visiting the venue of the press conference for your own safety and ask you to support BTS by watching the press conference via Live Streaming. This decision was made to prevent the spread of Coronavirus and we ask for your cooperation.
The Live Streaming of the press conference will start on February 2L-I, 2:00PM on BTS Official Youtube Channel. The safety and the health of our artists and fans will always be our priority. Thank you.
