Black Desert Online (BDO) blackdesert32.exe Is Damaged: How To Fix It

Black Desert Online is a popular role-playing multiplayer game. But the game has unfortunately faced a range of errors. From damaged files to DNS errors and endless loading screens, the list is long. Developers are yet to address a lot of these errors officially. Is your gaming experience getting hampered? Is it because of error blackdesert32.exe is damaged? Therefore, read this article where we share the instructions so that you can fix this error.

blackdesert.exe is damaged Fix

  • Access the Black Desert Online files by going to the file location.
  • If the game is on Steam, you need to head to SteamLibrary
  • From here, choose steamapps
  • Choose common
  • Select Black Desert Online
  • Therefore, you will see a folder called bin
  • As you open the bin, you need to delete two files, namely

BlackDesert64.dll

BlackDesert64 (this is an application file)

  • Go back to the Black Desert Online folder
  • Now, from here, you will see a folder called bin64
  • Henceforth, after opening bin64, you need to delete two files, namely

BlackDesert64.dll

BlackDesert64 (this is an application file)

Black Desert Online fix

  • Now head to the paz folder
  • From here, delete the file pad00000.meta
  • Therefore now, go to Steam and re-download the game
  • As the downloading begins, you might see the error popping out again
  • Go for the second download line at the bottom of the launcher.
  • There, you will get to see the option of Scan files. You need to repeat this when you try to scan the files again in the second re-download.
  • After this, Steam might try to download a file around 244MB. The library app scans all the game files.
  • Retry this method 2 times, and then the damaged files get replaced and fixed.
