Best V Rising Settings for High FPS & no input lag

V rising was released in Early Access on the 17th of May 2022. It is a survival game where you play as a vampire. You start as a low-level vampire and your object is to rise in power. You can gain power by drinking blood from humans and recruiting them as servants. The players also own a castle that they’re supposed to upgrade. This open-world game has a very promising premise and a lot of potential that it almost lives up to. But, the game definitely falls short when it comes to optimization. Many players have recently been reporting that even though the game is not very graphically taxing, it still fails to perform well.

The players have been looking for ways to remedy this situation but haven’t found much success lately. So, today we’ve come up with some settings that you can change to get that sweet fps boost and eliminate any input lag you’ve been experiencing. So without further ado, Let’s get straight to it.

Best V Rising Settings for High FPS & no input lag

First things first, get rid of the Xbox game bar. Turn it off as it does virtually nothing to improve performance and is more often a hindrance than a helping factor in games. Another thing you’ll want to do is go to your Graphics Settings and turn on “Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling”. This will help with any bottlenecking issues and help you get more fps. Okay, now we can go access the in-game settings and try and squeeze more FPS out.

In-game settings

Now, comes the tricky part. Make sure you follow along carefully to avoid getting lost in these settings.

  • Once you’re in the Settings Menu of V Rising, make sure that the game is running in Exclusive Fullscreen Mode.
  • Under Quality, change Ambient Occlusion to Medium
  • Make sure Bloom is set to Low
  • Volumetrics Quality should be set to Low
  • Anti-Aliasing can be quite taxing so either leave it at a lower setting like FXAA or turn it off.
  • Turn off V-sync
  • Motion blur should always be off. Real gamers don’t need motion blur.
  • Turn off Depth of field, low-quality atmosphere, and High-quality vegetation

And now you’re all set to go, enjoy high FPS in V Rising.

Conclusion

Now, you should be getting way more fps than you were before you came here. So, go out there and become the next Dracula. Visit Digistatement for more information on V Rising. Thank you for reading!
