However, in this article, we have shed light on the newly added limousine, props, and brake glow in the game. You can check the detailed patch notes here.
BeamNG update 0.37: New Gavril Grand Marshal Limousine, New Props, brake glow, and more details
Gavril Grand Marshal Limousine
This is the first limousine to be added to the game. The interior feels classy with roof lighting, TV, and a bar; the car itself is around 8.3 meters long. It has 5 different versions or configurations: Afterparty, Special, Luxe, Luxe Official, and Standard. Ultra-heavy-duty rear shocks have been fitted, which makes driving and handling quite smooth despite the body weight and shape. Additionally, new parts have been added, which will also be available on the standard Grand Marshal body. These are boomerang antennas (at the rear), bull horns, fender flags, tinted glass, vinyl roof, and ultra-heavy-duty springs. The opening angle for rear doors has been increased, and front & rear end deformation has been reworked.
New Props
Five new props have been added, along with five remastered props, in the BeamNG update 0.37. They are listed below:
Spike Strips– There are 4 different types called the Flex, Flex-R, Edge, and Edge-R. The ‘R’ variants have the capability of automatic detection and deployment when they sense a car passing by.
Pressure Ball– You can place a car inside this big, gas-filled plastic ball and drive it. Alteration of ball color, gas pressure, gas type & more is enabled, and it’s a transparent ball.
Trampoline– A new prop that can bounce cars of all sizes, with customizable features like spring rate, strength, mat size, and frame height.
Anti-cut device– It can cause significant damage to cars during corner cutting on a rally stage, as it has a concrete base.
Bin – Added as a standalone prop from the Ibishu Pigeon street cleaner.
Brake glow
All official vehicles with disc brakes now glow red hot when heated from heavy braking. Earlier players needed to use mods to get this effect, but now, if you apply the brakes at high speeds, they will glow as they get hot. The glow temperature can be adapted to the disc material.
