Apex Legends Season 4: Assimilation is in full swing but we cannot wait for the oncoming Season 5 especially because we have already had so much information gathered on it. A massive update awaits the players with new Legends, weapons and map changes.
So now we dive towards everything we know about the Season 5.
When is it coming?
Of course, that would be the biggest question and there is a simple answer. Season 4 is supposed to end on May 5, 2020, and it’s likely that S5 onslaught will begin from there. But there is no official confirmation and we shouldn’t be shocked to see a delay because of the ongoing global situation which has caused a major delay in every facet of the gaming industry.
Who is going to be the S5 Legend?
Every season of Apex is started by the arrival of a new Legend and this time should be no different. Octane for S1, Watson, Crypto and Revenant for S2, S3 and S4 respectively. Forge got killed after the announcement though and we saw Revenant. Even if there is no news, the rumours strongly suggest that this turn’s legend will be Loba.
The identity of Loba is a secret but she is believed to be the little girl from the Revenant trailer. The story of Loba, meaning she-wolf can be dark and gritty. She was holding a small wolf figure as well in the trailer. Marcus, her father seems to be murdered by Revenant. The Apex plots are evolving and a gritty revenge season 5 storyline would be aptly received.
Will There be New Weapons & New Map?
For sure, Apex is known for its futuristic, high-powered artillery. And there have been two leaks of SMG weapons- The Volt and The Car. But there is no telling for sure which weapon will finally arrive.
There is a very low chance that we will get an entirely new edition of a map but we can expect some major changes to be done to the season 4 map. World’s Edge could get a slight overhaul and it can be integrated with a bigger plan.

There are community rumours but a highly unlikely rumour states that there might be a solo mode next season. It might be the game-changer for Apex so let’s see if they work on it.
