The American Express Company, also known as Amex, which offers financial services with a focus on credit cards is currently facing outage. Many American Express users have not been able to use the website as servers are offline
So, if you are trying to access American Express services and it not working for you, fret not, as you are not alone. For many users it is not working currently. Have a look at a few users which confirms the same.
American Express services, all of them, have been down since 2am PST. Card won't work, app won't work, website won't work, ATM won't even let you check balance. Canned responses from customer service with no timeframe for service restoration. Infuriating.
