Their first major priority is to ensure that they maintain their position as the most trusted name. Digital currency is a powerful technology. But its benefits are limited by how easy it is for people to use. They excel at making the best products that bring the benefits of digital currency to everyone.
But despite being so useful, Coinbase has also been a victim of internal errors that are usually faced by most of the apps and websites. Recently users have reported an issue related to Coinbase. People have complained that they are not able to log in on Coinbase Pro. Most of the people said that when the error occurs, the site app shows the rate limit exceeded error. Some people have also complained that they were able to log in after a few attempts. But still, they were automatically logged out of the app in between.
A user said that he tried to log in through his PC. On his side, the error was being shown as Error ID: c9f6f943. Some users said that they tried to reset the password but this has increased the problem much more rather than solving it. Although Coinbase has not yet suggested anything from their side till now, there are a few things you can try to fix the issue by yourself –
- Restart your phone. In most cases, restarting the phone fixes a lot of minor and major issues related to the app.
- Change the security settings in your Coinbase account.
- Close the app, wait for a few minutes and relaunch it.
