Harley Quinn
She is one of the biggest fan-favorite among Batman’s rogue galleries. She is a part of Task Force X in Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. Therefore, players can expect chaotic energy and for her to fulfill the role of the unreliable wildcard.
Deadshot
He is an ace marksman and a deadly assassin. He is also one of the better Batman villains. His skills and abilities make him a worthy addition to the team. Even though he has no superpowers, he is a formidable Batman foe in the DC universe.
Captain Boomerang
He is a mainstay and one of the more popular villains against the Flash. As his name suggests, he uses a boomerang as a weapon & in his hands, it ultimately becomes a very dangerous weapon. Therefore, he is a great addition to the team.
King Shark
He is a bipedal shark villain and out of all of the characters in this version of the Suicide Squad. Not only is he literally a giant shark, but he is able to get incredible levels of strength, a regenerative healing factor, etc.

Gizmo
He is featured in the latest trailer for Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. It looks like he will be giving the members of the Squad all of their gear in the game. Consequently, he is a genius and master inventor. From the looks of the trailer, he seems to be an important and useful ally in the game.
Wonder Woman
The Amazonian princess looks to be a pivotal ally in the game. According to the trailer, she seems to be the only Justice League member not under the control of Brainiac.
Justice League/Villain Characters:
The Flash
He is one of the most fascinating members of the Justice League because of his ability to run faster than light, and also time travel. From the looks of the trailer, he is under the control of Brainiac. Consequently, the Suicide Squad members have the task of assassinating the fastest man on earth.
Superman
The Man of Steel is a villain in the upcoming Suicide Squad game under the control of Brainiac. Consequently, players as a member of Task Force X have the task of bringing down the Son of Krypton.
Green Lantern
The John Stewart iteration of the Green Lantern character is also a villain in the upcoming Suicide Squad game. According to the trailer, he seems to be under the mind control of Brainiac as well.
Brainiac
All signs in the trailer point to Brainiac being the big bad of the upcoming game. Brainiac is the main villain of the Suicide Squad game as he is pulling the strings and controlling the Justice League. Likewise, he is also attempting to conquer the city of Metropolis.
Poison Ivy
She is one of the more popular villains in Batman’s rogues’ gallery. According to the trailer, Poison Ivy seems to be a major villain character or side character in the upcoming game.
The Penguin
He is the same version of the villain character in the Arkham games. According to the trailer, Penguin is making a cameo in the upcoming game. It’s still unclear why he’s in Metropolis, therefore it is up to speculation at the moment.
