Skater XL is developed by Easy day studios and was released in September 2020. It is currently available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, Microsoft Windows.

Is the Crossplay feature available?
So for a long time, the community has been asking the same question when is the multiplayer and crossplay feature coming. But first, we need to understand that this studio does not produce AAA games, they don’t have the budget nor the team to roll out all the fancy features.
But surprisingly recently on their official website, they announced the launch of the multiplayer mode of the game. They added various new features like,
- Skate with up to 10 people online – Join a random room or start your own private one and invite your friends to join using a passcode
- Replays – Replay and save your group party lines, with the same replay editor functionality available in single-player mode.
- Smoother frame rates for a lag-free experience.
The studio also shared their future plans and promised that the Crossplay feature is just around the corner and will soon be available and they are aggressively working on it.
