You might have lost your Roblox account due to many reasons. There is a way to get back your account. Today, we will talk about the steps to reactivate your Roblox account. If you had deleted your account, then the only way to get it back is with the help of customer support. In case it was banned and now you can get access, there is a separate way.
For deleted account
- Go to Roblox Customer Support website – Website Link
- Fill in the contact details as required in the form.
- Under Issue Details, select the type of device you are using.
- For the category, select Account Hacked or Can’t Log In.
- In the next option, select the Account Hacked option.
- In the Description section, plead that your account had been hacked and was deleted. You cannot log back in but you wish to do so.
- Click on Submit.
For banned account
- Go to the Roblox Customer Support Website – Website Link
- Fill in the details for Contact Details.
- Under Issue details, select the device you are using.
- For the Type of Help category, select Moderation.
- In the second option, select Appeal Account or Content.
- Inside the description box, appeal politely and mention why you think that the ban was a mistake. Be specific as to what software or tricks you had used after which you received the ban.
- Click on Submit.
The support staff should get in touch with you within 24 hours. You should also know that if the ban is for 1 day or 1 week, you can log back in after the duration of the ban is over. However, this method is available to you in case you receive an unfair ban notice.
