- Firstly you need to head to the account management option in your PS4 setting
- Then click on restore licenses.
Let it restore the licenses, it might take some time depending on how many games you have.

- Head to Settings then click on User and Accounts
- Sign in with the email you are currently using.
- Once you are done with this, open your email, verify the verification link by clicking it. This verification link has been sent to your email by your console.
- As you’ve completed verification, the Cloud Storage error will be fixed.
