God Eater 4 Release Date for Windows (PC), PS5 & Xbox Series X

Japan has provided the world with some of the best animes and games available in the world. Think of animes like Naruto, Dragon Ball Z and perhaps One Piece? In terms of gaming, we cannot forget Bandai Namco Entertainment. The production house brought Tekken and gave a touch of anime to our boxing duels. Henceforth, we cannot miss out on the God Eater series. God Eater is a sci-fi action role-playing video game series developed by Shift that began with the titular title for the PlayStation Portable on February 4, 2010. In a dystopian post-apocalyptic world, the series chronicles humanity’s desperate war against a race of voracious monsters. The franchise contains six games (three of which have been redesigned), many mangas and light novel adaptations, soundtracks, and an anime adaptation as of February 2019.

The latest one of the series, God Eater 3 hit the markets in 2018, for PlayStation players in Japan. Marvelous developed the third main entry of the game and saw a worldwide release in February 2019. This included the Sony PlayStation and Microsoft Windows. The Nintendo Switch version got released in July 2019.

The game is an action role-playing game featuring hack and slash gameplay, similar to its predecessor. God Arc weapons, which may be altered, are available to players. Players are entrusted with hunting gigantic creatures known as Aragami in this game. The player controls a God Eater who can collect energy from monsters and use it to unleash “burst movements,” which are unique strikes that cause a lot of damage against adversaries. Companion characters aid in combat and are controlled by artificial intelligence. During combat, players can use the Engage System to exchange combat bonuses with one another.

The game may be played collaboratively with up to four additional players, while attack missions may be played with up to eight players. Three new God Arc weapon types were also featured in God Eater 3.

The success of God Eater 3 has left fans in that zone of the dilemma: Will we get to see God Eater 4? While Bandai Namco is yet to release a statement regarding this, we can see the game possibly release in 2022 or perhaps 2023. This game might not come out for the Xbox Series players, keeping in mind, how God Eater 3 was kept till PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, and PC. It can possibly come out for the Sony PlayStation 5.
