Playing Minecraft Multiplayer with your friends is some of the best fun you can have, but you might think that signing into your Xbox account is mandatory for it. This is not actually the case. In this quick guide, we’ll show you how you can easily play Minecraft Multiplayer with friends without ever signing into Xbox! Make sure to follow closely for the best results, Right, let’s get into it.

First and foremost, you and all your friends need to be connected to the same wifi network. Unfortunately, this is the only way this will work. If you are instead willing to sign in but cannot be on the same network connection with your friends, check out my other articles to find out how you can play together. But anyway, getting back to the topic of this article. Ensure all your friends are connected to the same wifi and start Minecraft up. Click on Play, and head over to the Friends tab. Here, navigate to the LAN Games tab, and you will be able to find the usernames of your friends. Simply click on anyone, and start playing! You will never be prompted to enter your Xbox account details, and can play Minecraft Multiplayer with your friends! Alternatively, you can create your own server for free on Aternos and play with your friends, again, on the same wifi connection. Firstly, open up your web browser and navigate to this page. At the bottom right of the webpage, find and click on the “Play” button. This will take you to the login or sign-up page. Create an account and continue. Now, you will be redirected to the Servers page. Click on the option that lets you create a new server. Now, you can customize every little setting about your brand new server. Share the server ID with your friends and enjoy playing!
