The Download Incomplete error on CSGO can prevent you from watching or downloading any of your previous matches. This is a major impediment in case you are trying to create content from previous matches, or simply watching them back to see how you could get better. Don’t worry, though, we have you covered. This is quite an easy fix, so we hope that you are able to get back to playing CSGO at the earliest!
First up, open your Steam application on the desktop. Navigate to My Library and look for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. Right-click on CSGO and select Properties. In the new window that opens, select the Local Files tab. You will now want to click on the Browse… option. This should automatically open up your File Explorer with eh game files on top. Here, click on the “csgo” folder and then open the “replays” folder. Here, your prior replays of matches are stored. Since you are unable to view them, we will be deleting them. Select all the files, right-click and delete. Once this is done, open up your CSGO again, and go over to the matches section to re-download all your footage from previous games. This should now work as normal!
The reason behind this error is probably that the network connection was interrupted to cut off whilst the footage of your games was ongoing. This may cause an unconfirmed CR download file to remain pending in your device, not allowing any further downloads to that folder. Either way, the steps listed in this article should help you solve the problem and get back to clutching 1 v 4s with no more hassle. However, if your error persists, your best bet is to contact Steam Support for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. They should be able to help you out.
