The error codes CR990504 and TK2990504-9901 can be especially pesky if you are just trying to play some Dragon Ball Legends since they are not all that simple to solve. In this article, we will go over a possible fix for these error codes on both Android and iOS.
Android Fix:
First, go into your settings. Depending on the version of Android you’re operating, the next thing you need to look for may or may not have a slightly different name. In general, it should be something along the lines of “Connections” or “Cellular Connections”. Once you find it, tap on “Mobile networks”. From here, look for the setting named “Access point names”.
By default, the access point name will be something linked to your network carrier. What we are going to do to fix the CR990504 and TK2990504-9901 errors is actually create a new one. It will have all of the same attributes as your default access point name but with two important distinctions in “APN Protocol” and “APN Roaming Protocol”
To start off, click on your default access point name and click screenshots of all of the settings. That’ll help you enter the same attributes to the new access point name. Once you’re done, click on “Add new access point name”. You can enter whatever name you like, but make sure that every other attribute is the same as your default.
Once you get to APN Protocol and APN Roaming Protocol, you will want to choose the option “IPv4/IPv6” for both of these settings. Click on “Finish” and set the access point name you just set as your current one. Start up Dragon Ball Legends and you should be able to play as normal!
iOS Fix:
Go into your phone or tablet’s settings. Click on “Cellular” and then “Cellular Data Settings”. Now, go into “Access Points”.
Click on your default access point name and click screenshots of all the attributes. That’ll help you enter the same attributes to the new access point name. Once you’re done, click on “Add new access point name”. You can enter whatever name you like, but make sure that every other attribute is the same as your default.
