However, not everything about the update is good.
Recently after updating the game, many players faced a new bug in the game. In a Reddit post on /r blackopscoldwar’s page, a player has described the bug in detail stating that an error message kicks in when the player tries to join a game, and also the Christmas-themed Nuketown is replaced by Nuketown ’84 when loaded up. The player encountered the bug on PC and we are not sure if this is only limited to PC only.
The screen looks like this when the bug is encountered
The good news is that the Community Manager of Treyarch(Developers of COD ), Foxy has commented in that post that they are aware of this bug and are currently investigating the issue.
Season One is indeed a big update for COD: Black Ops Cold War and Warzone, so certain bugs are often encountered but players don’t need to worry as the devs have acknowledged the issue and a hotfix will be made available soon.
