Every couple of years, we see a Forza Horizon knocking on our doorstep. The original Forza Horizon was launched on October 23, 2012, and was published by Microsoft Studios. After that, every two years has seen a new sequel. But we wonder if Forza Horizon 5 will be up in time to complete this ritual. Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has hit the developments of many games and we can assume that so has the Forza’s development delayed.
When is Forza Horizon 5 Release Date
With the imminent release of next-gen consoles coming, it is fair to say Forza is working to launch on them. But 2020 looks far less likely to be the year of release. The reason we say this because Forza 4 is currently getting DLC updates which should have stopped if they expected a new game to release this year. So brace yourself till October 2021, nothing before that looks likely.
here is a poll that shows how the community thinks the game will be released at.
Map Locations
Forza like its predecessors will rely on a real-life experience that is portrayed through roads and locations taken from a variety of places in the world. Asia is the rumoured destination of Forza Horizon 5 though we cannot be sure. It will be fun to see Japan’s curvy roads or China’s high adrenaline narrow lanes in the game. But it is also likely that Microsoft falls back on the familiar road of a European country, maybe like Germany.
The scenic routes and road maps of Germany or something like Norway would also be very appealing to the fans but let’s see what Microsoft has in store for us.
Predictions
It is unlikely that we will be hearing too much of Forza this year. Since Microsoft just announced that their game listing is ready and will be released on May 7. Do check out the online event that is prepared by Xbox to unveil the new Xbox Series X games.
