Official Update :
Verizon has officially addressed that there is an outage in the Phoenix, AZ area and it Could take up to 12 hrs to resolve. Check out the official statement below:
A network disruption was detected in the Phoenix, AZ area at 04/10/2020 09:48 Central affecting Data, Voice and Text services. We're working to resolve the issue, which could take up to 12 hrs. We recommend enabling Wi-Fi calling via a secure Wi-Fi source. ~LIF
