Two new guns have been added to the armoury of Modern Warfare season 3. The SKS and the Renetti and fans cannot be happier. With now the third mega-sized update dropped on April 7. The update ensues another round of binge slaughter with a new Warzone-cross-multiplayer operator, maps, vehicle cosmetics and our two new weapons, the long-range SKS and the Renetti handgun.
The new weapons are available to all players just like promised from Activision. They come as a perk to the new battle pass, gaining tiers and you will a shot at these 2 guns.
You can always purchase your way to the tiers required to unlock the guns though if you don’t want to grind.
Renetti Handgun
Renetti looks like a bog-standard 9mm pistol but with variance in burst attachment making it similar to Modern Warfare 2 sidearm, the M93 Raffica. The handgun like any other pistol shines in close-range combat with a host of attachments to boot. Three burst attachment is an important add on and will be the most popular one as well.
The handgun can be unlocked after reaching the 15 tier of the battle pass’ free content stream, no premium required for the new weapon.
SKS Marksman Rifle
The rifle provides a diversion to the classic idea of bolt-action snipers. The gun has high accuracy combined with tremendous damage that can be dealt in a short round burst. The gun has many attachments responsive to the situation at hand.

Players will be able to unlock the gun after a long grind till tier 31 of the free portion of the battle pass. We suspect that there will be more of premium purchases to catch the early action of SKS and Renetti.
