Infinity ward has released the latest patch notes for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare to address some issues that occurred after yesterday’s big update
After the update, many players were facing the rank reset prompt screen, which was giving the warning to reset the stats in-game. Taking the matter on priority, Infinity Ward tweeted and confirmed that this wouldn’t happen.
If you encounter a "Rank Reset" pop up after downloading today's update, please click "Continue" and hop into multiplayer. Your stats and rank will not reset.

Today, they have released small patch notes to fix the same matter and some more issues. Check the full patch notes below:
- Removes rank reset prompt screen after yesterday’s update.
- Fixes for Regiment invites.
- Fix for the Quick Fix Perk not functioning as intended while used as a Specialist Perk.
- Fix for killstreaks still functioning in CDL playlists.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is the latest and sixteenth title in the Call of Duty series. It serves as a reboot of the most praised Modern Warfare sub-series. The game received positive reviews for its modern settings-based gameplay, story, graphics and multiplayer.
