Clash Royale New Vine Spell, Baby Dragon Evolution leaks and details
As a part of its quality of life update for Clash Royale, the Supercell team has been announcing maintenance breaks. These are different from full-fledged patches that introduce a variety of new features and expansions. The servers are taken down for a while, and bug fixes are carried out to ensure smooth gameplay. This article is about the new Vine Spell and Baby Dragon Evolution that got leaked during the latest maintenance break. But before we discuss that, check out all the changes that were made during maintenance.

The following fixes were made through this maintenance break:

Classic 2v2 has been reintroduced and can be found in the game mode switcher, below 1v1.

For Merge Tactics balancing, the following buffs were added:

  • The number of units for 2/4 Cursed Troops increased to 2 from 1 (100%)
  • The number of units for 4/4 Cursed Troops increased to 3 from 2 (50%)

Additional curses help trigger the Undead bonus easily, especially when troops are hidden in the backline.

Juggernaut

The Shield Duration increased from 8s to 12s (50%). This was done as building up the Juggernaut trait required efforts, but the shield duration made it seem worthless. Different strategies can now be applied to the game.

The 2/4 Shield Amount increased from 20% to 30% (50%)

The 4/4 Shield Amount increased from 40% to 60% (50%)

The other fixes in order are:

  • Fixed a crash that sometimes happened when tapping Training Camp.
  • Mega Draft no longer includes Cards above Level 15.
  • Seasonal Badges unintentionally awarded to some players have now been adjusted.
  • Challenges can once again be restarted.
  • Merge Tactics – 4-star Goblin Machine now hits 6 targets, instead of 4, as stated in the Card’s description.

However, an unexpected glitch occurred from the developer’s end that caused some leaks. Two new features or additions became playable after the leak. These were the Vine Spell and Baby Dragon Evolution. They were removed quickly afterwards, but some players managed to play a few games using these.

Vine Spell

It is an epic rarity spell that can trap troops as it pulls out from the ground. It is unlocked from the Frozen Peak and has a small radius but a high damage rate. Vine Spell can also trap the aerial attack unit of a balloon. It not only traps but also inflicts damage over time, thus weakening the enemy troops.

Baby Dragon Evolution

It slows down the enemy troops in its area while speeding up own troops. Not to mention that it also deals damage as it shoots.

That will be all from Digistatement. Although the leaked items were restored, players got some insight into the upcoming items. If you want more news on the next update of the game and what to expect, visit us.
