Dune Awakening Erythrite Crystal: How to get & find

In Dune: Awakening, survival on Arrakis hinges not just on combat skills or water management but also on acquiring rare resources. One such valuable material is Erythrite Crystal, a key ingredient in your crafting journey. However, tracking down this mineral isn’t easy, especially with the planet’s ever-changing landscape and hostile threats. This guide will help you locate and farm Erythrite Crystals effectively.

Erythrite Crystal is a raw resource in Dune: Awakening, primarily used for crafting. It can be refined into Cobalt Paste by processing it through any Chemical Refinery. These pinkish-purple crystals stand out due to their glow and are often found in harsh and remote regions of Arrakis. You’ll need proper tools or mining gear to extract them efficiently so make sure to have it beforehand. But don’t worry—we have everything you need to know before setting out on your journey to get it.

Located in Hagga Rift

A large amount of Erythrite Crystal can be found underground in the Hagga Rift. These deposits appear as pink, glowing crystals stuck onto walls and stone pillars, making them easier to spot in the dark caves. Also check out the CHOAM Mineral Extraction Facilities, as they often have a good amount of Erythrite Crystal.

Tools required to mine it

To extract Erythrite Crystals, you’ll need specialized mining tools. Equip a Cutteray capable of mining high-tier minerals. Recommended Cutterays include:

  • Cutteray Mk2
  • Cutteray Mk3
  • Industrial Cutteray Mk4
  • Cutteray Mk5
  • Cutteray Mk

Buy From Other Players

You can purchase Erythrite Crystal pieces from other players on the server through the in-game player-controlled Exchange mechanic. Keep in mind that prices are set by the sellers, so costs may vary.

Trade and Market

If direct methods don’t get you enough Erythrite Crystals, consider trading with other players or visiting trading posts. The in-game economy allows for the exchange of rare resources, including Erythrite Crystals, allowing increased progression without the need to extract them yourselves. Trading can be done at social hubs such as Arrakeen.
