Apparently, they had contacted the developers via direct email, and their response was, and we quote the user, “just deal with it.”
This brings us to the next question. Do we have any workarounds that we can try to fix the issue? Well, first of all, some players have noticed that assigning the same destination to a different ranger team sometimes fixes the issue. So you need to try that first. If that doesn’t work, then you need to check if another ranger team is blocking the ranger team you have assigned. In that case, moving the second ranger team a little might fix the problem for you.
If you still continue to face the problem, here’s another thing that you can try. First, you have to open the gate of the building manually. Then, assign a ranger team to the building. Once the team is assigned, close the gate manually again. Sometimes, this can fix the issue. You can also try switching the ranger teams to see if that works for you.
