Installing mods & mod manager for Satisfactory is quite easy. First and foremost, head over to the Ficsit website and download SMM (Satisfactory Mod Manager) from there. You can just click on the Satisfactory Mod Manager banner to initiate the download. Once downloaded, install it and launch it.
If you already have mods installed, the app will start listing them. The SMM allows users to filter mods with parameters like Compatible, Favorite, Installed, and Not Installed. You can also look for specific mods by using the search bar. SMM also detects your game version automatically, so you don’t have to worry about that.
To install mods, just look at the left side of the screen and choose from the myriad of available mods. If you like one, select it and click on the “Download” icon. Once it is downloaded and installed, the icon will turn green. Now, install as many mods as you like. When you are satisfied with your mod choices, you can start the game by simply clicking on the “Launch Satisfactory” button in the bottom corner. This will launch the game with all of your mods selected. You can even make different profiles with your choice of mods selected.
