Instead what you will have to do is that you will have to mine the Obsidian like diamonds are mined.
You also require an Ender Pearl which can be obtained by killing Enderman. You will also require a Blaze Rod which, as the name suggests, can be obtained from killing Blaze. Then you will have to convert the blaze rod into blaze powder by putting it on the crafting table.
You need to put Ender into the crafting table along with blaze powder, which will give you the ‘eye of ender’ as a result. After you are done, you need to keep the eye of the ender in the middle of the crafting grid whose dimensions are 3X3, and surround it with 8 pieces of the obsidian that you had formed and collected earlier.
After the crafting process is done, you will get your Ender Chest crafted. The Ender Chest acts like a wormhole, the only difference being instead of traveling to another wormhole through it, you can access your stored items from any other Ender Chest present in any corner of the Minecraft world. The Ender Chest keeps your items safe in it. Anything which is stored in the Ender Chest can be accessed from any other Ender Chest in the game.
