Spoilers ahead, read with caution.
Talk about things going too good and we get to see more plot twists. So Negi Haruba is definitely a devilish cupid. After things got tipsy between four of the sisters we finally see Itsuki in the race that too just before the ending finale. Remember the bell kisser? Who was it though?
That is one of the finest plot holes in the story which has yet to be revealed. Coming to this chapter Itsuki, in the beginning, shares her views on a romantic drama that she has been watching with Shimoda (a former student of Rena Nakano (Quintuplets’ mother)) refer to chapter 57. Shimoda says straightforwardly that it is a case of romance.
Itsuki is confused about whether she likes Uesugi and Shimoda then ask her to help one of her students. After this Itsuki coincidentally meets Uesugi. Judging from her behavior we see how nervous she gets even for small talk. Uesugi invites her to the cafeteria to discuss something. And we get the same scene that we had at the beginning of the manga. OK, so will the bride be the first girl? Like the same all manga endings. Or will Negi really be trying to blast our brains with these twists?
Nevertheless, just when we see both of them up for a good chat Yotsuba enters and to put the cherry on this cake Nino enters too. Itsuki gets a wrong feeling and tries to change topics. Well, it doesn’t go that well and we then, in the end, see Itsuki and Uesugi getting stuck in a dark classroom with Nino vs Yotsuba just about to begin. Itsuki fells down on Uesugi and she gets way too nervous. This indicates that Itsuki is in the race too.
Will this simple girl too would get trapped in the charms of her tutor. What will happen when if she actually develops a huge crush? With only a few chapters left for the finale, the story is getting too pumped up.
Stay tuned and find out the rest in the next chapters of this final volume. Till then keep flooding the comments section with your theories.
